“The Best Social Care Provider Class I’ve Ever Attended”: Prosperwell’s Tobi Alli-Usman Chairs Championing Social Care’s Inaugural Masterclass

On 28 January 2026, Tobi Alli-Usman, Founder and Managing Director of Prosperwell, chaired the inaugural Championing Social Care Masterclass at Coutts Bank, bringing together care providers, operators and sector experts from across the UK for a day of practical learning, open discussion and shared insight.

The one-day event brought together a diverse audience of seasoned leaders, new operators, innovators and service providers for a day of honest conversation and inspiration. Designed to support Championing Social Care’s mission to strengthen the social care community and spread understanding of what the sector does best.

The one-day event welcomed 18 panelists spanning across governance, care quality, leadership, culture and financial sustainability, sharing candid and honest insights drawn directly from their real-world experience in the sector. Attendees consistently praised the panels for their openness and practicality, describing the atmosphere as energising, honest and refreshing.

A Game-Changing Day For Providers

Feedback from attendees positioned the Masterclass as one of the most valuable professional development opportunities currently available in social care.
