Garforth Care Homes offer safe, secure, 24/7 residential care for elderly family members.

They prioritise privacy, dignity, and quality of life for loved ones. They also offer specialist care for people with dementia and have partnered with Oomph to provide exercises and activities that’s shown to improve mobility and well-being.

Garforth Care Homes are accredited by ‘Investors in People’, leading, supporting and improving their staff team.

The Challenge

When we met the owner of Garforth, Harvey, he had recently purchased 2 homes in Leeds.

He used to own a care home which he grew into a large  group and then later sold. His core focus over the year has been on setting new values and improving the culture for his team.

When he met him he however had done no marketing yet. He shared with us that when he looks for care homes he wants them to be 25% private, 75% local authority funding and his big goal is always to turn the 25% private to 50% private. That’s what he wanted us to keep in mind when running his campaigns.


  • Setting up a consultation to understand their business specifically and what their USPs are compared to the competitors in the area.
  • Suggesting improvements on a whole new website to ensure they are set up with all necessary calls to action, lead triggers and easy navigation.
  • Targeted customer acquisition campaign using Google.

  • Implementing bid strategies to receive the maximum amount of leads for the minimum cost per acquisition.
