Lead Email Notifications

All lead notifications will be sent to the e-mail(s) determined during the set-up process.

We can always change or add e-mail addresses 
in the future, should you need.

When you receive an email letting you know 
a conversation has occurred on Live Chat,
the subject line will signify the type of lead.

Leads are classified into
three categories

Sales

You will be charged for these leads.

This is a lead which has met all qualifying questions. Qualifying questions are discussed during client account set-up

Service

You will not be charged for these leads.

These are questions from current customers, i.e. “I am expecting a call from your office about a payment, when will I receive follow up?”

Other

You will not be charged for these leads.

This lead has not met one or some of the qualifying questions. i.e. the user is enquiring for a service you do not offer.
