The Challenge

Longhope Manor had strong care standards and a beautiful setting, but despite positive word of mouth, it struggled to consistently attract enquiries from self-funding families. The team relied heavily on organic referrals and local reputation, which meant long periods with empty beds and underutilised capacity.
