The Challenge

Launching a new care home in a brand-new location is always a challenge especially when building a reputation from the ground up. For Berkley Care Group, the opening of Jubilee House in Leamington Spa brought with it the pressure to raise local awareness quickly, establish trust in a new community, and achieve a steady, reliable enquiry flow.
